Every visit is booked and paid in advance. Pick your date, tell us who is coming, and we will confirm in writing.

Deposits are paid by M-Pesa once we have confirmed your date. The balance is settled on arrival.

How booking works

Send us your date, numbers and what you would like to do.

We reply with a written quote listing every inclusion.

Pay the deposit by M-Pesa. The date is yours once it clears.

Settle the balance on arrival, by card or M-Pesa.

Changes and cancellations: Move your booking free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours the deposit is held as credit for 3 months.

What the standard ticket covers

Written out in full so nobody discovers it at the gate. Every bookable page on this site carries the same two lists.

Not included

  • No Food and drinks — order separately at The Cove
  • No Pizza making, KSh 800 per child
  • No Party supervision unless stated in your package
  • No Gelato, sadly

Move your booking free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours the deposit is held as credit for 3 months.
