Accessibility
The main paths and the restaurant are step-free. The shamba and the fish ponds are reached on packed murram, which is firm in dry weather but soft after rain. There is one accessible toilet next to The Cove.
Tell us when you book if anyone in your group needs a wheelchair route, a quieter tour time, or has an allergy the kitchen should know about.
Rain
We stay open in rain. Tours run, the zipline closes when the platform is wet. If we close the playground entirely we will call you and move your booking free of charge.
Common questions
Can we just turn up at the gate?
No. Every visit is booked and paid in advance so we can staff the tours properly. If you are already outside, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether there is space that day.
How long should we allow?
Two to three hours for the tour and playground. Add an hour if you are eating at The Cove.
Do adults pay?
Yes, at a lower rate. Every adult on site needs a ticket, including anyone who plans to sit in the restaurant while the children play.
Can we bring our own food?
Not usually. The kitchen is part of how the farm pays for itself. If you have dietary needs the menu cannot meet, tell us when you book and we will find a way.
Is there shade?
Yes, the seating and much of the play area sit under mature trees. The shamba and the fish ponds are open, so bring hats.
What happens if we are late?
Tours leave on time. If you miss your slot we will put you on the next one where there is space, but we cannot hold a tour.
